Three Winds is the ideal pool home for a family or small group of friends. Located in the quaint Windward Cay estate, this home has the features of a typical Florida pool home. Lots of living space for everyone and a lovely pool that you can enjoy for hours on end.

Our luxury villa is located just 5 miles from Disney World on a quiet residential estate. Many other major attractions are nearby and Orlando International Airport is only 30 minutes away. (Sandford is about 45 minutes away.)

On entering the villa you walk into the lounge area, there is a formal dining area here also.

Decorated with typical Florida pastel themes this house fulfills everything you’d expect from a vacation home near Disney World.

 

Left: As you enter the home you immediately enter in to the formal living room. A living room set welcomes you to relax or curl up with a book or to just enjoy a quiet conversation after a busy day at the parks. Right: Formal Dining for those special meals.

The next room is your modern kitchen with every required appliance. Including a microwave, coffee maker and even an English teapot. The kitchen overlooks in to the family room.

Full colour cable television / vcr awaits you along with a second living room set. For your listening pleasure there is a small stereo that receives every major radio network in Orlando.
 
From the second living room you can open a large sliding glass door on to the pool deck. Ideal for those cooler autumn and winter days. During those warmer months central air-conditioning delivers cool and dry comfort.

 
A Queen size hybrid water bed. This bed enjoys the features of a waterbed as it combines with the qualities of a firm mattress. If you have ever slept on a quality mattress you will enjoy this comfortable bed. and a great view of your pool. There is a private door access to the pool through the ensuite bathroom.
 

The Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located towards the rear of the villa. Close enough to the rest of the house to be aware of the others in your party. Separate enough to retreat to in total privacy. You even have a full ensuite bathroom for your private use. Colour television that gets full cable channels.
Bedroom two has a queen bed and Bedroom three has two single ( twin ) beds. Between both bedrooms you’ll find a second full bathroom and a laundry room area.

A well stocked inventory of towels and linens make this home well equipped for up to 8 people maximum if using the sleeper sofa in the living room. This house has its own two car garage and inside laundry room.

The pool has a small dining lanai ( sheltered ) porch if you find the Florida sunshine just a little too much or you’d like to enjoy a meal outside on the deck. The view from the pool is particularly tranquil.

A lush hedge of cascading vines climbs over the privacy fence. This separates you from neighbors to the rear and sides. In fact this villa is located next door to The Saplings - 3 bedroom pool home. Ideal when you need two villas. As well as solar heating, there is an electric pool heater ( optional extra ) assures 82F water temperatures during those few cooler winter weeks.
