The Saplings is the ideal pool home for a family or small group of friends. Located in the quaint Windward Cay estate, this home has the features of a typical Florida pool home. Lots of living space for everyone and a lovely pool that you can enjoy for hours on end.
 
At the entrance door area is a special sun patio for those times you want to enjoy those sunsets over Windward Cay. Decorated with elegant Florida pastel themes this house fulfills everything you’d expect from a vacation home near Disney World.

As you enter the house you will note it is open plan and you will step into what the Americans call the Great Room. This room has a half wall, which divides the room into an Entrance Lounge and Formal Dining Area at the front and a Family Living Area at the rear overlooking the pool.
 

The Entrance Lounge is immediately to the left as you enter and has a large comfortable sofa, which can convert into a very comfortable double bed. It is ideally placed next to the kitchen so that you don't have far to go to make a drink.

 

Opposite this seating area is a formal Dining Area, which is in front of the half wall, which divides the Great Room. It is well placed in the centre of the room and overlooks the Family Living Area (handy for those who want to watch television) and is also adjacent to the Kitchen.
 
The kitchen is accessed through the Entrance Lounge between the Seating Area and the Dining Area. It has every required appliance, such as a full oven, a very large fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. It includes an excellent microwave, coffee maker, toaster and even an English style teapot. There is enough crockery, cutlery and glassware for anyone. Including the wine glasses. The Laundry Area has a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. In fact everything you could need. 
 

In the kitchen there is also a second eating area, ideal for that quick breakfast or lunch. A door from the kitchen leads to the two car garage.
 

The rear half of the Great Room provides a very welcoming and relaxing Family Living Area. It has large couches and a lazy-boy rocking chair, coffee tables and a large television. 
 
It overlooks the pool and the sliding glass doors open onto a patio. It is a bright and cheerful area, an ideal place to relax after a heavy day sightseeing. There is plenty of space for people to gather around the large cable colour television. If you want a change from TV, there is a CD Stereo system, which receives every major radio network in Orlando.
  

The Master Bedroom is located towards the rear of the villa. Close enough to the rest of the house to be aware of the others in your party. Separate enough to retreat to in total privacy. Colour television that gets full cable channels. You even have a full ensuite bathroom for your private use.
 

Bedroom two has twin single beds and a colour television. Bedroom three has twin single beds and a fourth colour television. Between both bedrooms you’ll find a second full bathroom 
 
A well stocked inventory of towels and linens make this home well equipped for up to 8 people maximum if using the sleeper sofa in the living room.

This house has its own two car garage and inside laundry room.
 
 
The pool has a small dining lanai (sheltered) porch if you find the Florida sunshine just a little too much or you’d like to enjoy a meal outside on the deck. The view from the pool is particularly tranquil . A lush hedge of cascading vines climbs over the privacy fence.

This separates you from neighbors to the rear and sides. In fact this villa is located next door to Three Winds - 3 bedroom pool home. Ideal when you need two villas. Solar pool heater (free) assures warmer water temperatures during those few cooler winter weeks.
